⚠️ Office Documents in Visualizations

When including Office documents in final applications:

  • Always convert PowerPoint to PDF
  • Convert Word documents to PDF
  • Export Excel sheets to PDF or images
  • Remove unused fonts before conversion
  • Flatten all layers and effects

The conversion to PDF ensures consistent display across all platforms and devices, eliminating font compatibility issues and rendering inconsistencies.

PDF Color Space Requirements

☝️

When providing PDFs for digital visualization, always deliver screen-ready RGB PDFs instead of print-ready CMYK versions.

CMYK PDFs designed for print will be automatically converted to RGB during processing, which can result in unexpected color shifts and appearance changes. Additionally, our system merges all layers to optimize performance, which may affect the visibility of elements in print-ready files. For optimal display quality and color accuracy in our visualizations, export your PDFs directly to RGB color space from your design software.

This ensures colors appear exactly as intended across all digital devices and platforms.
